- Delivery and Installation GameRent will deliver and install the gaming machines at the agreed location. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the location is suitable for the installation and operation of the gaming machine. Any damages incurred during delivery or installation due to the customer's negligence will be the customer's responsibility.
- Maintenance and Repairs GameRent is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the gaming machines during the rental period. However, any damages caused by misuse or negligence on the part of the customer will be the customer's responsibility. The customer agrees to notify GameRent immediately of any issues or damages to the gaming machine.
